Training Sessions
We offer a range of training sessions for 6-18 year olds weekly, for both male and female players. All sessions are coached by qualified, safeguard trained with DBS and first aid. We pride ourselves ensuring quality assurance during our training and games. All sessions have to be booked, payment can be made by BACS or cash.
U10
We run two sessions a week for these age groups. Sessions are aimed at current school Year 5 and below.
Sessions:
Saturdays - 9-10am @ Oak Tree LC, cost £5 per session.
Mondays - 6-7.30pm @ Ravenshead LC, cost £6 per session.
U12 & U14 Girls
This session is aimed at U12 (Year 7 girls and below) and U14 Girls (Year 8 and below) is an introduction to basketball, aimed at new players and those developing in the game.
Sessions:
Tuesday 7-8pm @ Oak Tree LC, Cost £4 per session.
U12
We offer beginner/development sessions and more advanced sessions aimed at School Year 7 and below.
Sessions:
Beginner/Development - Saturdays 10-11am @ Oak Tree LC, cost £5 per session.
Beginner/Development - Mondays - 6-7.30pm @ Ravenshead LC, cost £6 per session.
Advanced (Elite) - Mondays 6.30-8pm @ West Notts College Sports Hall, cost £6 per session.
U14 Boys
The U14 team is aimed at School Year 8 & Year 9. This session often has female players attending and stronger U12 players.
The sessions leads to our competitive teams.

Mondays & Thursdays - 6.30-8pm @ West Notts College Sports Hall, cost £6 per session.
U14 Girls
The U14 girls team is aimed at School Year 8 & 9 and stronger year 7 players. This is a more competitive outlet for the sport.

Tuesday 7-8pm @ Oak Tree LC, Cost £4 per session..
U16/U18 Boys
This joint age group session is aimed at School Years 10,11,12 and 13.
Sessions:
Wednesdays 7-8.30pm @ Oak Tree LC, cost £6 per session.
Thursdays 6.30-8pm @ West Notts College, cost £6 [er session.
U16 Girls
This U16 girls session is aimed at School Years 9, 10, 11. Plus talented Year 8 players.

Wednesday 6-7pm @ Oak Tree LC, Cost £5 per session.
Thursdays 6.30-8pm @ WNC Sports Hall, Cost £6 per session
Adult Sessions
We have brought back adult sessions aimed at 18 years plus. Its aimed at those whp previously played or play and want to play basketball.
Sessions:
Wednesdays - 8.30-10pm @ Oak Tree LC, cost £7.50 per session.
